For the vast majority of people, no. An adjustment is a quick, specific movement that most patients find relieving. If you're nervous or prefer a gentler approach, we offer low-force and instrument-assisted options — and we'll never do anything you're not comfortable with.

Yes — we're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and Aetna PPO plans, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. On a different plan? You're still welcome — we'll walk you through the cost and give you a clear Good Faith Estimate up front, so there are never any surprises. One exception: our office isn't enrolled as a Medicare provider, so we're unable to treat patients covered by Medicare — but we're happy to refer you to a Medicare-enrolled chiropractor nearby.

Two things: time and method. You get one-on-one care with the doctor every visit — never double-booked or handed off to a tech — and we pair hands-on treatment with rehab so the results actually last. We're the opposite of high-volume, crack-and-go care.
